Items from NBOA's Ship's Store are available to anyone! Additional discounts apply to NBOA & Sea Ray Owners Club members.

Method of Payment
NBOA's Ship's Store accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and personal check. Please note all orders placed with personal checks will be shipped upon check clearance.

Pricing and Availability
Product prices are subject to change due to manufacturers' increases. Some products may not always be available from supplier and therefore withdrawn from sale. If the following changes do apply, purchaser will be made fully aware before any transactions are made.

Returns and Exchanges
Prior to returning products, purchaser must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) from NBOA's member services. The RA# must appear on all shipping documents and correspondence or product will be returned to sender. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Dated goods, software, DVD's and charts are non-returnable.

Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping charges will vary depending on weight of package and method of shipping. All customers will be aware of any additional charges at time of purchase. If you require additional information you can always contact NBOA directly.

Shipping Restrictions
NBOA will not ship outside the continental United States, Hawaii, or Alaska. All shipments are UPS ground, other methods are available with additional costs to purchaser. Please request a quote by calling NBOA's Member Services. Florida residents and products shipped within the state of Florida are subject to 7% state sales tax. All special orders require full payment.

Errors
Typographical, photographic, pricing, and equipment descriptions or editing errors are unintentional and we reserve the right to correct them at any time.
